Because each book is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@samanticspress.org.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the damage or printing defect

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
