Every book we offer is printed especially for you when you place your order. We partner with Lulu Direct, a professional print-on-demand service, to produce and ship each book directly to your door. This helps us reduce waste and ensure that every copy is freshly printed.

Processing Time

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days. Printing times may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after your book has been printed and shipped. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available), allowing you to follow your package's journey.

At this time, Samantics Press ships to destinations supported by Lulu Direct. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary by location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided during checkout.
